At IDES, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for all our customers. Please review the following terms regarding ticket cancellations:

General Cancellation Terms:

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • All cancellation requests must be made through our customer support team. You can contact us via email or phone as provided on our website.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  4. Non-Refundable Tickets:
    • Certain special events or promotional tickets may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Changes and Rescheduling:

  1. Event Changes:
    • If an event is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizer, you will be notified via email. In such cases, you may be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
  2. Transfer of Tickets:
    • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact customer support to facilitate the transfer.
